Chairman Peter Jones OBE was for 20 years a director of waste management company BIFFA Limited and is now a well-known public commentator on waste issues, as well as a member of various advisory bodies created by Defra, BERR and the Mayor of London.
John Hall – acts as MD, John contributes senior experience of marketing and commercial management a wide range of sectors and has acted as a consultant to the project since inception.
Tim Yeo has been MP for South Suffolk since 1983. He held various Ministerial posts under Margaret Thatcher and John Major, including Minister of State at the Department of the Environment.
Ian Arbon is a consultant for the company and previously served as chairman of the Energy, Environment & Sustainability Group at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is a visiting Professor in Alternative Energy at Newcastle University. Ian is an experienced engineer and Board-level manager in the field of electrical and thermal power generation from all forms of biomass and waste streams with a successful track record in plant/equipment development and design, technology.
Katy O’Rorke has over a decade of business development experience in the fuel cell market and has been appointed PR and Marketing Manager as W2T increases activity.
